FOR DIVERSE MIGRANTS IN IRELAND

Next event: To be announced.

About The Initiative

About The Initiative

Did you know that 1 in 6 people in Ireland was not born in the country?

Despite the obvious advantages of having gender and ethnic diversity in the workplace, these groups continue to lack access to the Irish tech and startup communities and the support system that comes with them.

By celebrating the diverse contributions of migrant women and non-binary people and providing support to advance their careers, we can improve our ability to tap into the unexplored skills that help the global economy thrive. #GoingFar was created to address this, by offering a range of events from a mentoring programme to seminars and workshops.
